50-60 1880 - Also called National Pickling. A heavy producer of medium sized 5-6 inch cukes with black spines.  Great for pickling. Pick cucumbers before they get too large and begin to yellow.

55 Another good pickling cucumber. Long vines produce a good number of 5" fruits that are crisp and uniform in shape. Perfect for pickles.
Eggplant

75-85 1902 - This variety is the most widely grown eggplant in American gardens. 1-3 lb glossy black fruit are 6-8 inches long. Plants average 4-6 fruits.
